Kristen Stewart Cheated On Robert Pattinson!

#Whoa!

In slightly shocking news, it was revealed today that Kristen Stewart  cheated on her long time boyfriend Robert Pattinson with her Snow White & The Huntsman Director!

This was one Hollywood couple we thought were rock solid, so it does feel like a bit of a “what the?” moment.  Kristen herself confirmed the rumor, although she kind of had to seeing as US Magazine had a photo of Kristen and Director Rupert Sanders in an embrace.

To make matters even worse, Rupert is married with two children and at 41 years old, happens to be twice Kristen’s age.

A source close to Kristin claims that the fling was only recent, and wasn’t going on when the pair were filming Snow White & The Huntsman.  The source spoke to People Magazine, explaining “She wasn’t having an affair with Rupert. It was just a fleeting moment that shouldn’t have happened.  She never meant to hurt anyone. She’s a good person who just made a bad choice.”

Kristin released the following public apology to Robert, saying “I’m deeply sorry for the hurt and embarrassment I’ve caused to those close to me and everyone this has affected. This momentary indiscretion has jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I’m so sorry.”

What do you think will happen to Robert and Kristin’s relationship?  Do you think they will get past it, or is it a case of “once a cheater, always a cheater”?
