Eating Fruit Every Day Keeps the Fat Away


Want Olivia Palermo’s body? Eat healthy! No Dukan diets or Atkins diets needed, just good old fashioned healthy eating. Olivia gave the 411 on how she stays in amazing shape at the DKNY Sunglass Soiree held at NYC’s The Beach at Dream Downtown. “When I’m home, I go to Whole Foods and get a lot of fresh fruit. I eat healthy in general. I like to eat as organic as possible. When I can, I try to do Bikram yoga. That’s about it.”

Olivia stressed the importance of having a consistent diet, “I just eat healthy. I don’t diet. I just continuously eat healthy. I make sure I eat healthfully every day, and I think that can make a huge difference with your diet.”

    Yet words that cannot be truer. There is no need to give up on any type of food, is there? Eating fresh, whole foods in in small portions will help us stay slim 🙂
