Lauren Conrad is Not Engaged

This morning, we’re guessing Lauren woke up to learn she was engaged.  But not because she received a ring, or because her boyfriend Kyle Howard got down on one knee, but because the New York Post ran an item this morning saying so.

According to the article, Lauren and Kyle, who have been dating since 2008, were “secretly engaged”.  A “source” said, ”She is not wearing a ring because she wants to hold the secret back for her new MTV show.”

Although the Post claims Lauren’s rep declined to comment, the rep did comment to Us Weekly, saying, ”I will tell you exactly what I told The Post. This is totally false.”
