Now that we’ve seen the first episode of theHills, we’re wondering how much drama we’ll really be seeing this season. Well, Steph says that in the past they’ve kept some things off camera but this year we’ll be seeing all the dirty drama.
“This season everything that we necessarily don’t want you to see is being shown. I think it’s going to be the most exciting season and probably the most emotional.”
For her, the most interesting part of the show involves her family. And from the promos we’ve seen so far we know there’s plenty of Pratt/Montag drama to go around. At the photo shoot for the final season the cast sat down to watch the trailer together. After watching it, Steph says:
“I’ve never seen my brother cry before. I had no idea how hard of a time Heidi was going through. I had no idea they were having any problems.”
But what everyone is still talking about is Heidi‘s plastic surgery. Even though they’ve been in a family feud, Steph says she’s happy for Heidi. But will we be seeing her go under the knife any time soon?
“I’m not planning on getting any plastic surgery, I’m really happy with the way I look.”

Of course Stephanie’s happy with the way she looks, she’s paid enough for it! She’s almost had as much work done as Heidi, only Steph’s surgeries actually made her look better.
