Laguna Lovers

We don’t mean to butt into Lo‘s pampering time while she’s getting her eyebrows done at Billion Dollar Brows, but she looks lovely in this yellow dress.  Besides, there are cameras there so Lo is filming for something.  Perhaps theHills will be going with the cast to get their cosmetic work done instead of endless lunches.
